Shipping policy

Shipping rates: Are calculated directly at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

You will receive an email with your tracking number: Once your order ships so you can follow your gear right to your door.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and the tracking link to update.

After the package is dropped off with a carrier and the tracking number is marked as delivered, Under The Bridge Merchandise LLC is not responsible for Lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

We hustle to get your gear to you as fast as possible. We fulfill orders using both On-hand inventory and manufacturing partners, processing time may vary. on-hand items are typically packed and dropped off within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Partner-fulfilled/drop shipped items may require slightly more processing time.
