Refund policy

All sales are final: All merchandise on this site is brand new. Because we utilize both on-hand inventory and manufacturing partners to fulfill our orders, we do not accept general returns or refunds for buyer's remorse. Returns are strictly limited to items that arrive defective or damaged. We will exchange for a different size for on hand inventory up to 14 days, or if the incorrect item was fulfilled . 

To start a return: Contact us at illycashkatt@utbmerch.com. Online orders have a 14-day window for exchange/return. We’ll provide the correct return address based on how the order was fulfilled, providing a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping label cost unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
